Senior Marketing Executive

We are having an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive (Real Estate) who will be playing a lead role in supporting on all elements of marketing plans and strategies such as envisioning, branding, and positioning our company at a group level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
• Running and optimizing Social media and Google Ad word campaigns
• Strategize advertising campaigns including online and outdoor media strategies.
• Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & LinkedIn.
• Develop & execute lead generation strategies such as creating email campaigns, social media ads etc.
• Carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision, including coordinating, and implementing projects
• Other related duties/projects as assigned

Qualification, Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience in Real Estate sector (mandatory)
• Real estate portal experience
• Proficiency with lead generation
• Savvy with all Digital/Social Media platforms
• Proficiency in Graphic designing, Google Adwords & WordPress
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
