Shahid is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong background in media and entertainment within the GCC market and a strong interest in Anime and Kids Content.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Marketing Strategy Support: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, Paid media, TV....etc, and ensure launches of campaigns as per deadlines.
- Marketing Assets: Keep track of content assets received make sure they are categorized and saved in the relevant folders and make sure the concerned teams are aware of its availability.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and critical metrics to adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Marketing and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements and Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field. Client and/or agency experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and consumer behavior.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Leadership and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable marketing goals.
- Solid understanding of the media & entertainment landscape in MENA.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English & Arabic. (Edit, proofread, and improve Arabic content)
