Senior MEP Engineer

We have an urgent requirement for Senior MEP Engineer for one of the client in Dubai, UAE

 Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, material and labor cost estimates, supplier comparisons, quotations, and tender submissions.---Must

Review drawings, conduct site surveys, plan manpower and material requirements, and supervise Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and equipment installations.--Must

Monitor project costs against approved budgets, track labor hours, identify cost overruns, and manage variation orders with client approvals.---Must

Collaborate with estimation, cost control, procurement, and site engineering teams to ensure efficient project planning, execution, and timely delivery --Must
Key Responsibility  Area :

Estimation:

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-off, material and labour costing

• Supplier comparison, quotation preparation, and tender submissions

Technical Supervision:

• Review drawings and conduct site surveys

• Plan manpower and materials

• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment installation

Cost Control:

• Compare actual project costs against the approved budget

• Monitor labour hours and identify cost overruns

Variations:

• Identify works outside the approved scope

• Prepare variation quotations and obtain approval before proceeding

Team Coordination:

• Work with the estimation and cost control team

• Coordinate with site engineers for execution.
