Senior Officer Marketing Communications

• Participates in the implementationof the Marketing and Communications strategic and operational plansas well as public relations strategies in coordination withcaregivers and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment withMH’s overall strategic and business goals, directed bythe Line Manager
• Executes the implementation ofmarketing and communications activities including but not limitedto brand marketing, public and media relations, internal andcorporate communications, employee engagement, internal andexternal events, campaigns, online portal and social media channelsand market research in alignment with MH’s brandguidelines.
• Manage events and sponsorships,followed by events reports to measure ROIs andeffectiveness.
• Support PR daily activities,follow-ups and offline media tasks
• Managedirectly marketing requests communicated by caregivers, physiciansand service line managers, and share them with marketing manager tofilter and prioritize each request and ensure the delivery of therequests.
• Support content generation ofmessages across all communication channels in English and Arabicwhen required.
• Support content development,proof reading, internal emails drafting in English andArabic.
• Support Line Manager to ensure that allmarketing related activities are completed in readiness of theDepartment of Health (DoH)/DHA audits, and support obtainingDoH/DHA approvals for PR and advertisingactivities.
• Maximize the communication channelswith key stakeholders the intended audience, in aim to mature therelationship and build trust
• Conducts regularresearch and market benchmark with the Line Manager to contributefindings and ensure continuous improvement in marketing andcommunication initiatives andprograms.
• Develops marketing reports on aperiodic basis to highlight the achievements, targets and keymilestones.

Education

• Bachelor’s in BusinessAdministration, Marketing and Communications, or Digital Media& Advertising

Experience

• 2-3 years of progressive careerexperience. Prior experience in a JCIA healthcare facility ispreferred
