Senior Officer, Product Support (UAE National).CIBG - Islamic Banking.Corporate & Investment Banking

We are looking for a motivated UAE National candidate to join our Wholesale Islamic Banking team as a Senior Officer – Product Support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is interested in building a career in Islamic banking and product management. The role will provide exposure to product development and management activities while working closely with different stakeholders across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in day-to-day product management activities.
• Assist with market research and analysis of banking products and market developments.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of product documentation, procedures and related materials.
• Collect, organize and analyze data for management information and reporting.
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders on product-related requirements and initiatives.
• Support updates to Islamic banking product materials and documentation.
• Assist with digital product enhancements and related initiatives.
• Ensure assigned activities are followed through accurately and within required timelines.

Candidate Profile

• UAE National female candidate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of banking products; knowledge of Islamic banking would be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with good attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
