You will alsoget access to colleague resource groups across the globe that providesmentorship and development opportunities to help you build a sense ofconnection and community throughout your career.What you will be rewarded with:We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures acollaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2days per week to be spent working on a remote basis.We will rely on you to:Build and maintain strong relationships at underwriters and operationallevels with the Insurance Market.Responsible for successful placement of P&C portfolio of marshclients in the local market at the best brokerage rates.Execute the marketing as per the strategy for new KEY clients/prospects and renewal of Key Clients agreed with the P&C placementleader and the CE.Deliver all client feeds (highlights of cover, summary, Comparisonetc.) and closings (binder) following placements, and Policies aredelivered to the CE team and closing to Operations team within theKPIs.Ensure that he and his team adhere to the Local compliance and approvedMarsh Standard Operating Procedure for GL placement.Verify and sign off al broking slips checked, rectified, reconciled,and handed over to the Client executive within the agreed KPIs.Make personal connections easily -enjoy building long-termrelationships and use soft skills to engage with peers and ask the rightquestions.Undertake specified tasks/ projects as directed by the Countryplacement Leader adhering to agreed timescales.What you need to have:University degreeAt least 7-10 Years of experience developing strong personalrelationships with underwriters and market, and building stronginterpersonal relationship with CE team, Operations and Finance teams.Good communication skills with the ability to build good rapport andconvey written & verbal messages effectively to various audiences.What makes you stand out:CII certification, any insurance degree or equivalent.A master’s degree will add additional weightage.Driven and self-motivated to work independently, seek out and act onopportunities as well as take on increased responsibilities.Marsh is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
