Senior Podiatrist

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Podiatrist to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced care for patients with a wide range of foot and ankle conditions while mentoring and guiding junior podiatrists and staff.

Your responsibilities will involve performing complex assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, conducting surgical procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Additionally, you will play a key role in the training and development of less experienced podiatrists within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced assessments and diagnoses of complex foot and ankle conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options
• Perform intricate surgical procedures as needed
• Mentorship of junior podiatrists and support staff in clinical practices
• Provide educational workshops and training sessions for staff and patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Stay current with advancements in podiatry through continuous education and professional development

To qualify for the Senior Podiatrist position at SearchPlus HR, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution
• Current state license to practice podiatry
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in podiatric medicine
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing complex foot and ankle conditions
• Experience in performing advanced surgical procedures
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advancements in the field

Benefits: - As per UAE labour law Salary will be around AED 35000 to 55000.
