Lead technical solution design, bid management, and customer engagement for data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.--MustFocus on end-to-end electro-mechanical solutions: power, cooling, electrical systems, and modernization programs.--MustAct as the technical authority in solution architecture, proposals, and tender responses.--MustPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Presales Engineer to lead technical solution design, bid management, and customer engagements for Data Center and Mission-Critical Infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for developing end-to-end electro-mechanical solutions covering power, cooling, electrical systems, critical facilities infrastructure, and data center modernization programs.The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, customers, consultants, and technology partners to develop competitive technical proposals, solution architectures, commercial sizing, and tender responses for enterprise, government, and hyperscale data center opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end Data Center infrastructure solutions.


• Develop conceptual, high-level, and detailed designs for critical facilities.


• Prepare power and cooling architecture for Tier III and Tier IV Data Centers.


• Define electrical infrastructure including:




• MV systems


• LV systems


• UPS systems


• Generators


• ATS/STS


• PDUs


• Busbar systems


• Grounding and lightning protection




• Design mechanical infrastructure including:




• Chillers


• CRAH Units


• CRAC Units


• In-row cooling


• Containment systems


• BMS integration

Presales Activities

• Engage customers during solution discovery workshops.


• Analyze customer requirements and RFPs.


• Prepare technical proposals and compliance matrices.


• Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs).


• Develop solution presentations and executive summaries.


• Lead technical discussions with customers, consultants, and stakeholders.


• Present solution architectures to technical and executive audiences.


• Support proof-of-concept and design review activities.

Tender & Bid Management

• Review and analyze RFP/RFQ requirements.


• Prepare technical compliance responses.


• Coordinate with OEMs and partners for solution sizing and pricing.


• Participate in bid strategy and win-plan development.


• Identify technical risks and mitigation approaches.


• Support commercial and contractual clarification processes.

   Data Center Consulting

• Conduct site assessments and infrastructure audits.


• Develop migration and modernization strategies.


• Perform capacity and growth planning.


• Assess existing power and cooling infrastructure.


• Support data center consolidation and expansion projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.


• 7-15 years of experience in Data Center, Critical Facilities, or Electro-Mechanical projects.


• Experience in UAE Data Center projects preferred.


• Experience preparing technical proposals and large RFP responses.


• Knowledge of authority regulations and approvals.
