Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion and handover.


• Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, resources, and overall delivery.


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.


• Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.


• Review technical submissions, drawings, method statements, and project documentation.


• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements.


• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.


• 13 to 15 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to fit-out and refurbishment projects.


• Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion.


• Strong knowledge of construction, MEP coordination, project controls, and contract administration.


• UAE experience is required, preferably with Abu Dhabi project experience.


• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• PMP, MRICS, or equivalent certification is preferred.


• Currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
