Job Summary:

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients, leading project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional client management skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 Months of experience to be considered. 2 Years experience to be considered for a senior role.
• Proven track record of successfully transactions.

Role requirements:

• Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct property market appraisals
• Take photos and write listings for advertising on major property portals
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in the market
• Stay up to date with market insights and trends
• Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency

• A strong background in sales and client-facing roles
• A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
