We are seeking an ambitious and hard working Senior QS to be based on a NEW Major Award!

Scope consists of Piling, Earthworks, Drainage, Concrete Structures & Much more. In Dubai fashion, this is a FAST program over 24 Months. There will be day & nightshift working to achieve success with over 2,500 staff on site. This is a bespoke FIDIC contract for a mature and experienced client.

Working alongside an experienced Commercial Manager you will get genuine hands on experience across an iconic project. The type of project that will grip everyone's attention for scale & complexity.

Responsibilities will range from:

* Commercial and Cost Management

* Contract Administration & Subcontract Procurement

* Interim Valuations and Payment Application

* Variations, Claims and Change Management

* Measurement, BOQ and Quantity Take-Off

What we are seeking from prospective candidates:

* Ability to mobilize on site and start before the end of January 2027

* Degree Educated - Quantity Surveying

* Clear experience on Civil Engineering Projects for Main Contractors

* Happy to be based on site and understand the pace and demands for a Major Project

* CV shows a solid employment history and a track record of finishing projects. This means 3-4 Year periods of employment minimum

* Ideally a minimum of 3-4 Years Post Graduate experience

We are in the privileged position to have placed this Commercial Manager into employment over 10 Years ago. We are able to get into the detail on the project, career growth and future rewards on offer for the right character.

* 23 Days + Public UAE Holidays taking you to 36 Days PER Annum

* Monthly Lump Sum of 22-27,000 AED Per Month (Basic + Allowances)
