Job Description Networkers International, a global recruitment company, is currently looking for two Senior Consultants with at least three years 360 recruitment experience within the Engineering & Construction industry to join their growing team in early 2014. Working from our offices in Dubai, UAE, the two chosen applicants will have the opportunity to work both the contract and permanent market place covering the whole of the MENA region. Based on our growth in the Engineering & Construction industry over the past two years, career progression opportunities will be available to those that can build their respective desks over the next 12 months with Networkers looking to expand their offices in the region. Depending on skills and experience, we are offering an excellent tax free salary package, coupled with medical insurance and a market leading NO threshold, NO capped commission structure.

Job Skills To be considered for one of these outstanding opportunities, Networkers is seeking the following skills and experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a 360 recruitment role, working the Engineering & Construction industry – Strong knowledge in Groundworks/Marine/Dredging would be beneficial
• Proven track record of billing more than $300,000 per annum for the last 2 years (Networkers will ask for proof of billings)
• Strong communicator with the ability to conduct client meetings and presentations
• Well organized and a self-motivator
• Previous experience of working the MENA region
• MUST possess fluent English verbal and written language skills
• Ideally based in the Middle East although this is not mandatory About The Company
