Weare looking foran"Investment Manager" who will work alongside withSenior Management to source, set up and manage real estateinvestment platforms forourclient which is a global Real Estate Investment Management Companybased inAmsterdam.

Theyare one the largest US pension funds and invests inmajority-controlled investments in real estate operating companieson a global basis. The company focuses on smaller investmentstrategies that are scalable with the potential to become dominantmarket players providing significant growth overtime.Ithaslocalinvestmentplatforms in Paris, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, London, Budapest andDelhi.

Asan investment manager you will be directly involved, with SeniorManagement, in the asset management of existing real estateplatforms and in the origination of new real estatestrategies.

Yourresponsibilities will include extensive financial modeling, marketresearch, preparation of presentation materials and working onspecial projects.

Youwill have the opportunity to work in an international and dynamicreal estate environment and develop your technical skill set andknowledge of the various real estate markets in Continental Europe,United Kingdom andIndia.

Requirements

• Theideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of priorexperience within a real estate investment management company,corporate finance/private equity focused team orequivalent.
  
• Demonstratedadvanced analyticalcapabilities.
  
• Attentionto detail and commitment toexcellence.
  
• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Abilityto work independently as well as with fellow colleagues as part ofa bigger transaction or projectteam.
