Job Description - Senior Sales Executive

GNSS Technologies LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our exceptional team. As a leading provider of Access Controls/Turnstiles/Bollard/Gate Barriers solutions, we are at the forefront of the technological revolution that shapes the way industries operate. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the tech industry, and possess a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in selling complex solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development of strategic sales initiatives and fostering relationships with key clients. You will work closely with our innovative engineering team to communicate the value of our products to prospective customers effectively. Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Motivated, Dynamic, Self-starter
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of Access Control Solutions and its market applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • English and Arabic fluency a MUST.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
