Job Description - Senior Sales Executive (B2B SaaS)

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Downtown Dubai, UAE

Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of a fast -growing Logistics AI company transforming how businesses manage supply chain and operational efficiency. This is a high -impact role for a commercial, hands -on Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the UAE and KSA.

The ideal candidate is a confident B2B closer with strong outbound capability, experience managing full -cycle deals, and proven success selling into multi -stakeholder organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end -to -end sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature


  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion

  • Conduct discovery, solution pitching, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations

  • Drive new customer acquisition across the UAE and KSA markets

  • Develop strong relationships with decision makers across operations, procurement, finance, and leadership teams

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting

  • Collaborate cross -functionally with Customer Success/Operations to ensure strong onboarding and handover

  • Attend relevant industry events, meetings, and customer touchpoints as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales (full -cycle, closing role)

  • Strong outbound prospecting capability (cold outreach and pipeline generation)

  • Experience selling in the UAE and/or KSA markets

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast -paced environment with high accountability

  • Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred (or required depending on shortlist)

  • Hospitality/F&B/logistics/supply chain exposure is a plus
