Senior Sales Manager - Leisure (5-Star Hotel Experience)

Apt Resources is hiring a Senior Sales Manager – Leisure for our client, a luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is perfect for a driven hospitality sales professional with strong ties to the leisure travel industry and a solid understanding of the international and GCC tourism markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and bed banks
• Develop and execute leisure segment sales strategies and action plans
• Manage contracts, oversee familiarization trips, and represent the hotel at trade shows
• Analyze market trends and deliver competitive insights and reporting

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel, focusing on leisure
• Strong network within key source markets such as Europe, Russia/CIS, and China
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing
• Proficient in Opera PMS and familiar with hotel distribution channels
• Fluent in English (Russian is a plus); strong negotiation and presentation skills

Basic Monthly Salary: AED 10,000, transportation and telephone allowances, fully furnished studio. Other standard non cash benefits
