Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Service Engineer Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of service engineers and technicians, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our air conditioning systems. This position requires on-site presence and strong leadership skills to effectively manage the team and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within the air conditioning or HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with clients and manage service requests efficiently
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Detailed-oriented and organized
• Flexibility to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
• Technical degree or certification in air conditioning or related field
