Your role will involve working closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within the brain injury management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments of complex brain injury cases.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding brain injury recovery.
• Participate in professional development, research, and the advancement of clinical protocols in brain injury medicine.
• Mentor and train junior specialists and healthcare staff.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active medical license.
• Completion of a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, or a related field.
• Board certification in Brain Injury Medicine or related subspecialty preferred.
• Significant experience in diagnosing and managing brain injuries, preferably in a private healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
• Capacity to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficient in clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
