SearchPlus HR is looking for an accomplished Senior Specialist in Cardiac Anesthesia to join a Leading Health Care Facility. This role demands expert administration of anesthesia for patients undergoing advanced cardiac surgeries, ensuring excellence in patient care and safety.

As a senior specialist, you will conduct detailed preoperative assessments, formulate and implement anesthesia plans tailored for complex cardiac procedures, and provide vigilant intraoperative monitoring. You will collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and critical care teams to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.

Additionally, you will play a vital role in training and mentoring junior anesthesiologists, enhancing departmental protocols, and contributing to clinical research to advance the practice of cardiac anesthesia.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
• Board certification or equivalent qualifications in Cardiac Anesthesia
• At least 8 years of clinical experience in cardiac anesthesia within a tertiary care or leading health care facility
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac surgical procedures and anesthesia management techniques
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring healthcare professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to perform under pressure and manage critical situations with sound clinical judgment
