As a Senior Specialist, you will be instrumental in performing advanced cardiac surgeries, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to innovative treatment strategies within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other complex interventions
• Assess and manage patients pre-operatively and post-operatively to optimize surgical outcomes
• Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Supervise and mentor junior surgeons and surgical staff to foster professional growth and technical expertise
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance cardiac surgical practices
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of surgical safety and patient care

• Medical degree with specialization in Cardiac Surgery and valid medical license
• Extensive experience in complex cardiac surgical procedures within a leading healthcare environment
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-risk surgical cases
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring surgical teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest techniques and medical advances in cardiac surgery
