• Medical degree with valid licensing to practice as a Senior Specialist Hand Surgeon.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopedic or Plastic Surgery, plus a fellowship in Hand Surgery.
• Extensive experience in treating a wide array of hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Proven proficiency in performing complex hand surgical procedures.
• Strong understanding of government healthcare regulations and practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on patient engagement and community interaction.
