Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive evaluations of patients with complex oral and maxillofacial conditions.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures including but not limited to corrective jaw surgery, cleft lip and palate repair, and complex facial reconstructive surgeries.
• Supervise and mentor junior surgeons and healthcare staff in surgical techniques and patient management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Engage in multidisciplinary case reviews, providing expert insight and collaborating with other medical professionals.
• Ensure the highest standards of surgical care while adhering to safety and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in research activities and stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with a recognized depth of expertise.
• Proven track record in performing complex surgical procedures effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising surgical teams.
