This senior-level role demands an experienced intensivist capable of leading clinical management and delivering advanced care to critically ill patients.

As a Senior Specialist in Intensive Care, you will provide expert care, supervise junior medical staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in establishing treatment protocols, training staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the ICU.

• Medical degree with certification and specialization in Intensive Care Medicine
• Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in an Intensive Care Unit in the private healthcare sector
• Strong expertise in advanced life support, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex patient care
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of critical care advancements and best practices
• Ability to mentor and support junior medical staff

Education:
