In this senior role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, performing advanced surgical procedures, and leading a multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose orthopedic conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic imaging.
• Perform complex orthopedic surgeries with a focus on optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in orthopedic surgery.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, with a proven track record in handling complex cases.
• Expertise in the latest surgical techniques and treatments within orthopedic care.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior medical personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and research in orthopedic surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the UAE.
