This role focuses on providing expert pain management services in a private clinical setting, delivering personalized care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic pain conditions.

As a Senior Specialist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective pain treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction within a private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and diagnoses of patients presenting with complex pain disorders.
• Design and administer individualized pain management protocols utilizing pharmacological, interventional, and holistic approaches.
• Provide expert consultation and advice to patients and healthcare team members regarding pain treatment options.
• Lead efforts to integrate the latest evidence-based practices and innovative therapies into patient care.
• Support and mentor junior clinicians in delivering high-quality pain management services.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery standards.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification or equivalent specialization in Pain Medicine.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in pain management within a private healthcare setting preferred.
• Proven competency in advanced pain treatment techniques and patient-centered care.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively engage patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Experience working in or with private healthcare facilities is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of innovations and best practices in Pain Medicine.
