As a Senior Specialist Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing complex dental conditions in children, leading clinical teams, and implementing best practices to ensure the highest standards of pediatric oral healthcare within the government sector. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to strategic healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pediatric dentistry department, ensuring delivery of high-quality care to young patients.
• Conduct comprehensive dental assessments and formulate complex treatment plans tailored to pediatric patients.
• Perform advanced dental procedures including restorative, surgical, and preventive treatments specific to children.

• Dental degree (DDS or DMD) with advanced specialization in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Extensive clinical experience as a Pediatric Dentist, preferably in a government or public healthcare setting.
• Valid and current dental license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong capability in managing complex pediatric dental cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
