As a Senior Specialist Pediatrics, you will be responsible for providing expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric patients. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients and contribute to the development of pediatric services within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
• Manage and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions.
• Provide preventive care including vaccinations, health education, and developmental screenings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties to deliver comprehensive care.
• Mentor and support junior medical and nursing staff.

• Medical degree with completed residency training in Pediatrics.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Pediatrics.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pediatrics, preferably in a private healthcare environment.
• Active and valid medical license to practice.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pediatric healthcare principles and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience.
• Strong commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
