As a Senior Specialist Periodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex periodontal conditions, consulting on advanced treatments, and overseeing treatment protocols within the practice. Your leadership will be vital in mentoring junior staff, fostering an environment of teamwork, and implementing best practices in patient care.

• Licensed Specialist Periodontist with a valid dental practice license
• Board certification in Periodontics is preferred
• Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in diagnosing and treating complex periodontal diseases
• Expert proficiency in advanced periodontal procedures, including surgical and non-surgical treatments
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support junior team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and create a patient-centric care environment
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans and protocols
