Job Description - Senior Specialist Sales Advisory LiabilitiesNeoBiz -SME Liabilities Sales (UAEN)

Description

Take end‑to‑end ownership of assigned customer‑initiated NEOBIZ and Business Checking Account (BCA) applications across workflow system.
Ensure applications are approved and completed within the agreed TAT, maintaining high straight‑through‑processing (STP) rates.
Actively engage customers to drive account funding post‑approval, contributing towards assigned financial and liabilities targets.
Maximise the number of digitally initiated applications successfully approved, opened, and funded each month.
Perform thorough pre‑screening of applications to ensure completeness of documentation and compliance with bank standards, minimising rework and downstream rejections.
Follow up proactively with customers to resolve queries raised by Governance, Compliance, CCAM, or other stakeholders within defined timelines.
Advise customers clearly on application requirements and queries to ensure final submissions meet risk, compliance, and onboarding standards.
Ensure all customer interactions, application statuses, approvals, and funding updates are accurately reflected in CRM and fulfilment systems.
Demonstrate high risk awareness, particularly with respect to AML, Sanctions, and operational risks, ensuring consistent adherence to onboarding controls.
