As a Senior Specialist Spine Surgeon, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and performing advanced surgical procedures to treat various spinal disorders. Your expertise will not only shape individual patient outcomes but also contribute to the broader medical community through mentorship and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop detailed surgical plans for patients with complex spinal conditions.
• Perform a variety of surgical interventions, including complex spinal fusions, decompression surgeries, and advanced minimally invasive techniques.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior surgeons and medical staff in clinical practices and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor post-operative recovery and management of complications, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic treatment plans for spine patients.
• Engage in ongoing education and research initiatives to stay at the forefront of advancements in spine surgery.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation as per healthcare regulations.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Completion of a fellowship in Spine Surgery from a recognized institution.
• Extensive experience in spine surgery with a proven record of successful outcomes in complex cases.
• Expertise in both traditional and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
