In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of spinal disorders through advanced surgical techniques and interventions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and outstanding patient outcomes, while also playing a crucial role in guiding and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct a variety of surgical procedures, including but not limited to spinal fusions, decompressions, and minimally invasive surgeries.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior surgeons and healthcare staff in clinical settings.
• Manage post-operative care, monitoring patients for complications and ensuring effective recovery pathways.
• Collaborate with various medical teams to deliver holistic approaches to spine health.
• Participate in clinical research and stay updated with the latest advancements in spine surgery techniques.
• Maintain precise medical records and documentation as per institutional and regulatory standards.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Completion of a fellowship in Spine Surgery from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in spine surgery, with proven success in complex surgical cases.
• Proficiency in both traditional and cutting-edge minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to educate and inspire colleagues and medical staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
