Senior Supervisor-Cash Management Services Abu Dhabi

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Supervisor – Cash Management to join our Cash Services Team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone. 

Scope: Senior Supervisor-Cash Management Services is responsible for the daily management of all outsourced staff in teller operations deployed at client locations and Cash deposit center operations. Key responsibilities include motivating staff to promote retention, fostering good team spirit, and maintaining high morale. The role also involves cross-training staff to ensure seamless coverage during absences within all day-to-day operations and providing comprehensive support to customers, ensuring service excellence at all times

Financial:

• Reduce the cost of quality through prevention efforts, improving teller training, and utilizing appropriate methods to streamline quality workflow. 


• Ensure optimum utilization of resources and control overtime expenses. 


• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Customer:

• Collaborate with other business units to address mutual goals, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient resolution. 


• Hold periodic meetings with both staff and clients. 


• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering services that meet or exceed expectations.

Process:

• Coordinate with the admin and recruitment teams for both on & Off-boarding processes for staff. 


• Ensure that all customer daily, weekly, and monthly reports are delivered within the SLA-agreed time with customers. 


• Schedule and allocate tellers, maintaining an active reserve pool for support. 


• Support project and account management teams during the setup process for new banks and clients.


• Oversee the daily cash reconciliation of CDC & Tellers sites. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reconciliations.

Selection Criteria:

• Relevant experience within the industry (3-4 years). 


• Diploma or Degree in Finance. 


• Knowledge of computer/MS applications. 


• Excellent communication and time management skills. 


• Excellent reporting, customer management, and performance management skills.
