Senior Supervisor-Technical Services SCDM - Cash Services

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Supervisor-Technical Services SCDM – Cash Services to join our Cash Services team in DIP Transguard Office in Dubai.

Financial 

• Prioritize smart repair techniques over buying new parts or machines to ensure budget management and cost savings.


• Actively fix and reuse spare parts in machines to cut costs and maximize efficiency.


• Regularly evaluate and improve repair methods to enhance cost-effectiveness and maintain equipment for smooth operation.


• Provide phone support to the FLM team and customers if issues are unresolved, prioritizing phone support over traveling to reduce costs and save time.
  
   

Customer

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and enhance customer interactions.


• Maintain clear communication with customers, offering step-by-step guidance to solve technical issues both on-site and off-site.


• Conduct training sessions for customers on SCDM operations, covering basic functions, dos and don'ts, login procedures, and operating limits within SLA timelines.


• Perform thorough software checkups and prestaging for new and old model machines prior to deployment, ensuring flawless functionality and customer satisfaction.
  
   

Process

• Maintain detailed records of Smart Cash Deposit Machines (SCDMs) in inventory and track their movement for installation and servicing.


• Ensure thorough testing of SCM units before deployment to verify proper functionality.


• Provide guidance and support to technicians for proper handling and execution of installation and service tasks.
  
  Monitor overall maintenance and troubleshooting activities for SCMs and associated networks, overseeing the implementation and testing of new software.
  
   

Innovation

• Encourage team members to think creatively when encountering complex technical issues during installation, servicing, or repair of SCDM machines.


• Stay updated on emerging technologies in the field of SCDM services.


• Seek opportunities to incorporate new technologies into SCMs to enhance functionality, security, and user experience.


• Provide innovative phone support and remote assistance to customers, minimizing the need for engineer visits and reducing machine downtime.

Selection Criteria

• 3-5 years of experience in the same field.


• Possess technical expertise in software, hardware, and networking.


• Extensive knowledge of hardware and software components.


• Skilled in parts repairing and technical troubleshooting.


• Proficient in handling electric windings.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


• Excellent customer service skills.
