Senior Supervisor-TMart

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Supervisor – TMart to join our Accommodation Services Team in Dubai. 

Scope 

Senior Supervisor – TMart is responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, sales performance, stock integrity, and service quality across 10 TMart stores located in staff accommodations. The role ensures consistent delivery of a safe, compliant, and profitable retail operation aligned to budget, SOPs, and KPI targets. The position leads 26 staff, driving productivity, customer experience, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Procurement, Finance, HSE, and Accommodation Administration.

Responsibilities

Financial 

• Deliver revenue and gross profit across TMart stores. 


• Support business case preparation for new TMarts/kiosks and expansion pipeline (40% projected profit growth). 


• Manage supplier-related spend across 16 vendors and review pricing/contract renewals 


• Oversee monthly petty cash and inventory valuation. 


• Ensure timely submission of purchase, sales reports, and invoices for financial accuracy. 

Process

• Manage end-to-end operations of 10 TMart stores and supervise 26 staff. 


• Ensure SOP adherence and smooth day-to-day store operations. 


• Own inventory governance: GRN, binning, stock counts, variance resolution, loss prevention.


• Ensure accurate POS transactions and data integrity (Hulexo system)


• Coordinate audits and act as primary contact for QA/internal audits.


• Manage staff rosters and time & attendance reporting.


• Oversee store operations during absence of store in-charge.


• Manage vendor operations and service delivery quality.

Customer 

• Ensure consistent, friendly service standards across all stores. 


• Resolve customer escalations promptly and effectively.


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation (visual merchandising, planograms). 


• Ensure compliance with UAE health, hygiene, and food safety regulations impacting customer safety.

Innovation 

• Drive continuous improvement in operations and productivity.


• Support expansion of TMart network (new stores/kiosks pipeline).


• Enhance sales performance and operational efficiency through better controls and analytics.


• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration (Procurement, Finance, HSE, Accommodation Admin) to improve outcomes.

Selection Criteria 

• 5–7 years of retail operations experience with multi-site responsibility.


• 2–3 years in supervisory/assistant manager role.


• Intermediate College.


• MS Office Suite, familiar with ORACLE, strong knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Hulexo), inventory control, and retail analytics. 


• Familiarity with UAE food safety and retail compliance standards.
