Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

The Sr. Talent acquisition Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to onboarding new hires. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

• Sources, screens and shortlists candidates and forwards to the HoD HR and hiring manager(s) for their endorsement.
• Schedules the interviews of competent, short-listed candidates and coordinates with the interview panel. Provides guidance to the candidates accordingly.
• Ensures the necessary approvals are obtained from IM stakeholders (including CEO) and prepares the offer letter for the selected candidate.
• Ensures that the required documents are received on time from the candidate. Liaises with Immigration department for the visa process of selected candidates and their timely joining.
• Conducts new joiners’ induction and onboarding sessions. Ensures IT requirements and office desk space are arranged from the start date. Prepares and hands over appointment letters.
• Prepares Job Descriptions (JDs) when required. Ensures that JDs are available for all positions and that they are aligned with IM’s corporate objectives.
• Maintains an updated recruitment status dashboard. Provides recruitment and weekly mobilization status reports to HoD HR and HR Manager.
• Prepares or updates various HR forms and policies as advised by HoD HR. Ensures proper soft and hard copy documentation of staff files are in place.
• Handles various employee requests and enquiries and provides HR administration support, including preparation of salary certificates, warning letters, CVs in IM formats etc.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
