This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at PSI located in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and initiatives
• Strong interviewing skills
• Ability to effectively use recruiting tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market, knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, and experience in talent acquisition for a large-scale organization.
