• Proven track record as a highly successful Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on Emiratisation and executive-level searches and a deep understanding of the executive talent landscape.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including comprehensive candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
• In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s dynamic job market, including labor laws, regulations, and emerging talent trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to engage and build strong relationships with senior-level executives.
• Unparalleled professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost sensitivity.
