• Assess existing telecom backbone (Fibre/OPGW), active network equipment, redundancy and performance
• Design target telecom architecture
• Define bandwidth per domain
• Contribute to ICD & RFPs

• Degree in Telecom/Network Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in utility OT telecom networks (TSO/DSO)
• MPLS/SDH/IP networks for SCADA
• Cyber-secure OT architectures
• IEC 62443 network segmentation knowledge
