Senior Vice President & Head of Cash Management Sales

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead the Cash Management Sales team and drive business growth across Corporate, FI and Business Banking segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow payments, collections, liquidity management, corporate cards, digital channels and information services revenues.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CFOs, Treasurers and senior corporate stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Coverage, Product, Implementation and Client Service teams to deliver end-to-end transaction banking solutions.
• Drive CASA growth, fee income generation and overall portfolio profitability.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, performance reporting and forecasting framework.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their operating environment and recommending tailored cash management solutions.
• Identify market opportunities, competitor trends and product enhancement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and risk management requirements. 

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience within Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking or Cash Management Sales.
• Proven success in managing large corporate and institutional client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of payments, collections, liquidity solutions, virtual accounts, corporate cards and digital transaction banking platforms.
• Track record of leading high-performing sales teams and delivering revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE and GCC corporate banking landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline. MBA or treasury qualifications are advantageous.
