Service Advisor

Responsible for delivering an excellent customer service experience by managing the complete vehicle service journey from reception to delivery.

• Receive customers and understand their service and repair requirements.
• Prepare repair orders and ensure accurate documentation of customer concerns.
• Provide clear explanations of required repairs, estimated costs, and completion timelines.
• Coordinate closely with workshop, parts, and warranty teams for timely completion.
• Keep customers regularly updated on vehicle repair progress.
• Recommend necessary maintenance and additional repairs based on vehicle condition.
• Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
• Explain completed work and invoices clearly to customers during delivery.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and support high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned targets for revenue, productivity, customer retention, and CSI.
