Service Advisor (Automotive Garage)

• Greet customers, understand their vehicle service/repair needs, and provide accurate cost/time estimates.
  
• Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop.
  
• Upsell additional services/parts while maintaining transparency and trust.
  
• Maintain detailed records of services, inspections, and customer interactions.
  
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
  
• Monitor job progress and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an auto garage/dealership.
  
• Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (English mandatory; Arabic a plus).
  
• Proficiency in auto service software (e.g., RO systems, DMS).
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast -paced environment.
  
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
