Service Assistant

Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as a Service Assistant 

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in automotive administration? Join Ali & Sons – Motors Division in Abu Dhabi and support our Body Shop operations through accurate reporting, Job Card management, costing, and coordination.

• Prepare monthly/annual KPI, accident, insurance, and operational reports.

• Open and manage Job Cards for PDI, Body Shop, and internal repair services.

• Ensure proper authorization, costing, labour, consumables, and sublet charges are recorded.

• Prepare Purchase Requisitions and Proforma Invoices.

• Verify invoices and documents against SAP records.

• Monitor orders and ensure timely billing and closure.

• Maintain accurate PDI and Body Shop records.

• Support the Body Shop Manager and provide administrative cover when required.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience: 4+ years in a similar position

• Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic

• Software: Computer literate / SAP knowledge

• Strong communication, teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
