Service Delivery manager

• Understanding the businessoutcomes required from Customerservices
• Assisting the Sales Team inestablishing Service Agreements and SupportPlans
• Working as a member of a team thatprovides focused customer service.
• Taking theinitiative to continually develop local site knowledge, technicalexpertise and professionalskills.
• Manager/Client Service Management incoordination with concerned teams to fulfill the pre-approvedrequest by Change Management inEtisalat/Customer
• Provide leadership onachieving effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery and supportof services so as to ensure value for thecustomer
• Control changes in design, scale,scope and service levels.
• Supporting operationsthrough new models and architectures including managing and leadingteams
• Providing technical guidance to team& possessing deep networking knowledge
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceDelivery or management
• Previous experience inTelecom Provider Company is plus
• Excellentclient-facing and internal communicationskills
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
• Solid organizationalskills including attention to detail and multitaskingskills
• Strong working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice and of project management tools
• BS/BA ina related field
