Service Solution Sales Engineer - HVAC

JOB DESCRIPTION:
â-ªAchieve Budget plan provided and support the team to achieve the same.
â-ªFocus on Customer relationship and get the pull through business.
â-ªFocus on Solution Service business including Equipment upgrades and Replacement with Energy efficient initiatives.
â-ªCarry out Job audits, understand or create customer needs and select suitable equipment.
â-ªPrepare ROI for customers and prepare comprehensive commercial & technical proposal.
â-ªAssist in the development of Service Sales Strategy for the country and provide the sales forecast.
â-ªTrack senior sales budgets weekly & monthly and review the progress and short fall.

QUALIFICATIONS:
â-ªMinimum 5 years of experience in Service Sale role in HVAC industry.
â-ªPossess awareness about HVAC products & fundamentals and application.
â-ªAbility to understand engineering drawing and Heat Load calculation.
â-ªAbility to carry out comprehensive Energy Audits.
â-ªAir side/Chillers selection and product selection.
â-ªKnowledge of HVAC Business and Industry.
â-ªProficiency in Excel and Word as well as Lotus notes
â-ªDegree or Diploma in Engineering
