*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to lead service and maintenance operations, guide technicians on troubleshooting, and act as the client-facing technical lead.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Team Supervision & Technical Guidance:*

1. Supervise and lead HVAC service technicians on daily tasks, breakdown calls and AMC visits.

2. Provide technical guidance on HVAC systems (chilled water, FCUs, AHUs, ducting etc.) and walk technicians through troubleshooting.

3. Diagnose issues via phone / site visits and direct technicians on correct course of action.

4. Check quality of completed work and ensure it meets company standards before client sign-off.

5. Train, mentor and upskill junior technicians on best practices and fault diagnosis.

*Client Handling & Coordination:*

1. Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients regarding service requests, breakdowns and ongoing AMC work.

2. Clearly explain faults, work performed and next steps to clients in fluent, professional English.

3. Manage client expectations on timelines, keep them updated on resolution status.

4. Handle client concerns / escalations calmly and professionally.

*Service Operations:*

1. Schedule and dispatch technicians for breakdown calls, AMC visits and PPM schedules.

2. Track all service calls from receipt to closure, ensuring timely response and completion.

3. Maintain service records, job sheets, service reports and site documentation.

4. Coordinate spare parts / material requirements with procurement team.

5. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all service activities.

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

1. 2-4 years proven experience as HVAC Service Supervisor / Service Coordinator in UAE.

2. Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and common troubleshooting patterns.

3. Prior experience supervising a team of service technicians.

4. Excellent English communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for breakdown situations.

*Mandatory Requirement:*

- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

*Software Skills:*

- MS Office

- Service / Job-tracking tools / ERP / Odoo

*Preferred Industry Background:*

- HVAC Contracting / MEP / Facility Management Companies in UAE

*Interview Process:*

- HR Interview

- Technical Interview with Service Manager

- Final Interview with Management
