Single Facer Operator

BG Global is recruiting for a reputed industrial organization with a strong legacy in recycling and a growing presence in corrugated packaging production in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Single Facer Operator will manage board production at the single facer stage.

Responsibilities:

\- Operate and monitor BHS Single Facer machine

\- Set up machine parameters based on production requirements

\- Control flute formation, glue application, temperature, and pressure settings

\- Monitor board quality and ensure adherence to specifications

\- Identify and resolve minor operational issues

\- Coordinate with wet end and dry end teams for smooth workflow

\- Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance

\- Maintain safety, housekeeping, and production records

Requirements

\- 2–5 years’ experience as Single Facer Operator (BHS preferred)

\- Hands\-on experience in corrugated packaging manufacturing

\- Good understanding of flute profiles, paper grades, and board making process

\- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues

\- Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards

\- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
