Site Civil Project Engineer

• Prepare and submit all required project documentation for approval by the Project Manager before submission to clients, suppliers, or other departments.
• Liaise, coordinate, and follow up with other departments and suppliers regarding their activities and deliverables.
• Engage with client representatives during project execution to ensure timely deliverables and follow-ups.
• Monitor project progress, identify shortfalls and critical issues, and report them to the Project Manager.
• Interact with project team members daily and other relevant departments as needed.
• Follow and implement departmental procedures and the company’s Quality/HSEM/ISM procedures.
• Frequently interact with the Operations Manager, other Department Managers, and personnel at various levels.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment in the workplace.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations.
• Provide technical recommendations on procurement and execution of works to the Project Manager and Operations Manager.
• Supervise personnel assigned to specific areas of activity.Accountable to the Project Manager for all project-related activities assigned.
• Ensure the Project Team has the proper resources and manpower to provide timely services for all projects.
  
  

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate and follow up with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
