Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Site Engineer responsible for supervising and executing HVAC installation activities at project sites. The role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution

• Supervise HVAC installation activities as per project drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, design standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and electrical teams to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project milestones.

Client & Subcontractor Coordination

• Conduct site meetings with clients and subcontractors to review progress and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure proper communication and documentation of client instructions and approvals.
• Assist in managing subcontractor performance and adherence to project timelines.

Planning & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and milestone progress reports for site activities.
• Track project progress against schedules and highlight potential delays.
• Support project teams in planning and execution strategies.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all site activities comply with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Identify potential hazards and coordinate with the HSE team to mitigate risks.

Technical Support

• Provide guidance on HVAC system installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot site technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements related to HVAC works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC installation and commissioning at project sites.
• Basic knowledge of civil and electrical works.
• Familiarity with HVAC codes, standards, and testing procedures.
• Experience in site reporting, documentation, and project coordination.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems including ducting, chilled water systems, VRF, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Team-oriented with leadership capability for on-site team coordination.
