Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, managing manpower, and ensuring work is executed as per project plans, specifications, and safety standards. This role involves supervising daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely project execution. The engineer will also monitor material usage, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to managing workforce productivity and site challenges efficiently.

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site regulations.

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.

• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.

• Identify hazards, report unsafe conditions, and ensure corrective actions are taken.

• Assist in incident investigations, reporting, and recommending preventive measures.

• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site workers and staff.

• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and safety records.

• Ensure the availability and proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
