We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Interpret and implement project plans, technical drawings, and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• UAE Professional Engineering License
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects
• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and local construction practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
• UAE National citizenship is required for this position
